RecommendedI can’t say enough nice things about these guys! I called about a laser cut key, they checked and said they had it, even set it aside for me. The guy cut my key, checked in my car. He was not happy, so back to the machine, he examined, brushed, cut and checked again, a true craftsman! Then programmed the chip, more artwork! Love this place.
This is a great hardware store its local and family own and run . The staff are friendly and when you ask they are more then glad to help you & have the knowledge to get you what you need . i give it 5 stars

DO NOT trust the post office!!!!! I shipped something last week. It’s NO where to be found, the employee that helped me knew what was in the box and knew it’s value. I was a bit rushed and forgot about insurance and she never asked me either ( they Always do). When I asked the owner if it could have been stollen he wasn’t even surprised at all so I’m guessing this is not the first time this happened. Take the extra time and drive to Any other post office!! Do NOT get scammed like I did.

I was in Hank BTV the other day looking for an item I thought I would have to special order. I checked Lowe's and Home Depot inventory on computer like they would have if I called. Not in stock. I saw Mr. Hanks and his son (who found part for me btw) ate a bag of free popcorn, talked about some collections Mr. Hanks still has. I went and fixed problem and felt good about the day. I kept money in the area. I repaired issue at hand. and didn't have to drive out near the mall area. Thank you C Hanks and son JS
Don’t know what the problem with the lady running the register was today at Lone Oak. She had to force herself to say hello. Asked if I wanted my receipt and threw it at me! No Thank You, come back nothing she just turned around and walked off. I will drive to Lowe’s in the future! People are so rude these days! Your front desk is your first impression of your customers. If that’s how you want your customers treated then good luck!

They have service price and selection. The only drawback is they do not open till 8:30. Saturday is the do-it-yourself day of the week. You lose a lot of business to the Lowe's and Home Depot because they open early.
