My wife is an amputee and she goes to HC to receive adjustments for her prosthetic and one of the medical professionals (Austin) is absolutely amazing. God bless the entire staff because I know and see they care.
I wish there was a closer office for my father to come to, to get his brace. Everytime we make an appointment, we get there early & still end up being seen 45 minutes or more later for the 3rd time. Also checking in was confusing only because the 2 front recptionists doesnt greet you with a hello so you, as a patient is confused who to talk to about checking in. The other staff are delightful but service is extremely slow.
The Supervisor there gave my mother so much grief for not being able to speak good English and went as far as denying her the service she needed. she was very rude to her and should be ashamed!!!
Hanger Clinicians are very professional and the service provided has been superb.
Having found out that during covid Jon was furloughed I decided to try another company for my prosthetic. After months and months of fittings, check sockets and adjustments they never were able to replicate my previous leg that Jon made. After hearing Jon was back at Hanger I immediately scheduled an appointment to see him. And after 3 visits I was delivered my new prosthesis and it is wonderful. It fits perfectly and is comfortable.
