Friendly folks. Was very excited to visit, approached the door only to find out I was not welcome due to their policy as reflected on the door. Shame I can’t further use their services. Hanger: please keep in mind that many of your clients are especially vulnerable to crime and need tools to help themselves. Shame on you.

June 2025 Second time I've been here. Super friendly staff. Professional. I had an appointment at 1 pm and everyone had off from lunch until then. Door opened promptly at 1 pm. Quick, easy and convenient. Minimal time involved. I think Leslie was the name of the doctor who fitted me for my shoulder harness. Thank you all!
Mike and his team are exceptionally skilled at making things work! Been coming for years and they are basically family at this point, been to many prosthetic clinics all over with the VA and this was the pot of gold! Thank you guys
