Shoes cheaply made.
I’ve gone to Ric at APO for several years, wouldn’t consider going anywhere else for my AFO (ankle-foot orthotics). His ability to fit and adjust AFOs. Is wonderful. He listens and is very helpful. Crystal gets all the insurance figured out, I’ve never had issues with billing or insurance.
I have been using APO since before they had a brick & mortar in Ames. They used to come up from DSM on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. I’ve gotten everything from specialty shoes & socks to several custom made braces for both my feet and now my back. I can not say enough about how awesome Ric & Crystal are at what they do from dealing with insurance & doctor’s offices to their customer support for patients.
