Called Twice for Referral Help. First time they were at Lunch for 1 hour! Then left message with Operator No Call Back Twice!
I ordered an orthotic, I've had a lot of difficulty completing the second appointment where they fit the orthotic for my shoe as they didn't even inform me of this aspect when I began the process, and now they no longer respond to my messages. They are far from me and it's hard to get there due to my health issues. I've had the ability to come there a few times during the past few months, but they don't respond during these windows. I have been here 3-4 times now, and this place has always been lovely for my very visibly disabled daughter, but they treated me terribly at my own first visit. From the minute the clinician walked in, he seemed to decide I looked just fine and tried to talk me out of even using the item the doctor ordered. He didn’t seem to have any knowledge about my diagnosis or the standard conservative protocol for it, which includes bracing. I’m sitting here hoping to avoid a spinal fusion two years after brain surgery, and he’s trying... read more
