I went for my first appt and impression in mid October. I was told at that time that my insurance would not pay for the orthotic, and I was ok with that. The salesman/technician told me the price, and that it would be ready by the end of the month. In mid November, I called to check on the progress, and the receptionist told me I was on her "to do list", to call and inform me that my insurance would not pay.
