I had a very disappointing experience at Hanger North Haven Clinic with the CPO, Jermaine Walker. During our visit, I found his behavior to be unprofessional, rude and dismissive. The helmet he made for our daughter was poorly fitted and caused pressure on the side of her jaw after only 15 hours of wear. The redness took three days to fade and unfortunately left a small scar on her face. I hope the clinic takes steps to ensure better care and attention to detail for future patients.
