They had a chance to make it right and still chose not to. Doesn’t do any good to turn them into BBB. You can tell this happens all the time because of the way they respond on BBB blanket we will look into it then blanket it has been looked into. They have been the worst experience in healthcare I have had and I have had 6 surgeries on my foot in a year and a half. If you have an opportunity to go anywhere else. Please do it for you on sake. It is just an absolute nightmare dealing with them

I would recommend their other clinics and not this one! I dropped off my prescription 2 weeks ago and they said someone from a different clinic would call me and never did! So I called the appointment center to schedule MY OWN APPOINTMENT and turns out all they did was upload my prescription and didn’t put any type of notes or work order for my prescription. Also the receptionist that I gave my prescription too had an attitude! Definitely avoid coming here!
I had a very disappointing experience with this location. As early as 9:00 AM, when energy and patience should be at their best, I was met with no courtesy and no compassion from a staff member named Tanya. This is especially concerning when assisting a disabled patient. I hope my surgeon changes this provider so I can get my walking boot from a place that values patient care and respect.
They have one posted reserved parking space with someone’s name along the east wall and 5 posted handicap parking spaces on the west wall. I was bullied into moving and told the spaces along the east wall are for employees. They are not lawfully marked with signage and are open to customer parking like the parking along the west wall. Per the vehicle code, signs must be at least 17x22 inches with lettering at least 1 inch high, should clearly state the restrictions (e.g., "Reserved Parking," "No Parking," "Time Limit").
