Okay let me tell you people about this place their front office is very not good they need to train your staff better they're holding back business but Preston and Brady they're cool they got going on but these front office ladies anyways I give him three stars I would have gave him five if the front office would handle himself better conduct their business better but I don't know what to say
I just had the worst experience 😢😳 a women by the name of Christina answered my call. Absolutely rude and obnoxious. Obviously she does not know her pay check comes from “the patients Hanger serves” especially patients that are loyal and pay out of pocket for services. She should not be serving customers…. has no empathy, care, concern, patience for the patients. Sad and sorry to report this women is careless. Hanger Orthotics as an Organization is excellent. They had a chance to make it right and still chose not to. Doesn’t do any good to turn them into BBB. You can tell this happens all the time because of the way they respond on BBB blanket we will look into it then blanket it has been looked into. They have been the worst experience in healthcare I have had and I have had 6 surgeries on my foot in a year and a half. If you have an opportunity to go anywhere else. Please do it for you on sake. It is just an absolute nightmare dealing with them

I would recommend their other clinics and not this one! I dropped off my prescription 2 weeks ago and they said someone from a different clinic would call me and never did! So I called the appointment center to schedule MY OWN APPOINTMENT and turns out all they did was upload my prescription and didn’t put any type of notes or work order for my prescription. Also the receptionist that I gave my prescription too had an attitude! Definitely avoid coming here!
