I was having an off week, and happened to be a week early for my appointment. The receptionist was able to squeeze me in luckily since my custom orthotics were ready and there was a cancellation. The office staff are very friendly. Oh and it just so happens that my orthotics fit and feel great. Evan is very knowledgeable and accommodating.

I had the best experience for getting my custom orthotics and shoes, from being greeted with a friendly face and very helpful. They we very prompt and did a amazing job from fitting my feet to the orthotics and helpful in choosing the proper shoe for me. I'm very pleased with the results and would recommend them

We had a really good experience with the Hanger Clinic. My daughter was prescribed a TLSO from her Dr. at U of M and I was searching for a place closer to home to get her fitted for a brace. I came across the Hanger Clinic when researching and reached out for information. Being a busy working mom I really liked the ability to communicate through text with them. Husband got his second pair of orthotics at Hanger Clinic in Byron Center. Shawn has worked with him both times. She is amazing. She is patient, listens to what you say, works with you, making your orthotics fit your shoes, making them comfortable to walk in. Highly recommend this place and Shawn.
