I can not say enough good things about hanger from the receptionists to the doctor to the financial department i was treated with exceptional service very kind and understanding and very caring the office is small and very homie feeling and wait times were minimal at best and they have free coffee i will say this if you are in need of a knee brace dont buy one at the store contact Hanger and let the professionals help you the doctor will come in and talk with you and tell you that he is recording the conversation so he doesn... read more
I was having an off week, and happened to be a week early for my appointment. The receptionist was able to squeeze me in luckily since my custom orthotics were ready and there was a cancellation. The office staff are very friendly. Oh and it just so happens that my orthotics fit and feel great. Evan is very knowledgeable and accommodating.
I had the best experience for getting my custom orthotics and shoes, from being greeted with a friendly face and very helpful. They we very prompt and did a amazing job from fitting my feet to the orthotics and helpful in choosing the proper shoe for me. I'm very pleased with the results and would recommend them
We had a really good experience with the Hanger Clinic. My daughter was prescribed a TLSO from her Dr. at U of M and I was searching for a place closer to home to get her fitted for a brace. I came across the Hanger Clinic when researching and reached out for information. Being a busy working mom I really liked the ability to communicate through text with them.
