1st visit went well ordered 1 pair of shoes 1 pair of boots. 2nd visit I was late as I went to the wrong place. I got there 30 mins late for my appointment they still said they could see me for delivery. Then they had me wait an hour for the tech to trim and install my inserts.. seeing as I was 30 minutes late I am confused on how they hadnt already been set up and put together... finally i get called back to find 2 pair of boots... i ask about it and am told they werent available and since i wasnt onsite when they ordered t... read more

Everyone was amazing!!!!! So kind and helpful and just a wonderful group of people at the Hanger
Grace Paxton was outstanding in my urgent visit!! I was visiting in Tallahassee from another city when my leg brace needed work. The Hanger office team immediately found my records on line, and Grace quickly analyzed the mechanical problem. Hanger fixed it under warranty and I was back on my way within an hour.
