Awesome staff caring helpful.
I could not reccomend this place more! My daughter had a helmet due to plagiocephaly. I was honestly really sad and nervous at first, but Sarah really helped her and I both adjust to it well. She is genuinely one of the nicest people I have ever met, and my daughter adored her. Also a shout out to the brown haired lady whose name I can’t remember (it was a vintage name I think?) Anyway, she was always super nice and personable. I’ll be coming back soon for myself and I look forward to it!
If Zero was an option, that's exactly what I'd rate this place !! Numerous occasions my Dr. Office reached out to Hanger actually speaking with their staff, in my presence, yet, they denied it happened. . I witnessed the final conversation. In my possession are the copies of multiple confirmed faxes sent to fullfill referral requirements. All of the above & more was completed by my referring MD. I have documents as proof. I just tried to call Hangers in knoxville off Baum drive. Got directed to there answering service, at 4:25 pm 30 mins before they closed. Wow! Not too surprised. Will not be using them any longer.
