My orthotist, Ross Jones, was actually a five star true professional in my fitting for my diabetic shoe and orthotics. He knew exactly what was was needed for my leg discrepancy from my medical diagnosis. Paula Higgins, office manager , is a disgrace to this business and the industry. No help at all on an unsigned Advance Beneficiary Notice of charges appearing after a previous two visits. Her defiance is appalling. Paul Jaffe
I have been to several places in search of someone who could help with a prosthesis that would allow me to function as normal as possible. I am happy to report that I found that at the 5th Ave. South location. Abby did a great job, and hopefully she will remain at this location.
I lost my leg in 2023. It’s been such a struggle to find a place that could get my leg right. I have been to so many prosthetists and was always hurting or just didn’t feel right. I had no idea about anything to do with being an amputee. I came to Hanger and when I say I will never go anywhere else, I mean it. They are the best. The whole staff is amazing and so sweet. They have taught me so much about prosthetics. I’m so thankful for these guys. I definitely recommend if u want a great prosthetic 1000/10🫶
