I’ve been seeing Audrey for 4 years for shoe inserts. And to say that she has been a “life saver “ is not far from the truth, was glad to see her again when I came back for new orthotics.
Back in May of this year, I requested an updated pair of inserts and shoes. You authorize a pair of new shoes from Hanger clinic. My insurance reported that the shoes cost $362.00( Blue Cross Blue Shield)The quality of those shoes is so poor that I returned them because the seams of the boots began to fray apart almost immediately after issue on June 4th. They claim they don't have a prescription after my doctor sent three times all ready
I needed a new back brace, it's like a corset with four metal bars in the back that have to be bent to fit the contortion of your back. The gentleman that took care of me went above and beyond to get me the brace like I've been using for over 30 years. Absolutely perfect I love it. He also got me a new knee brace for stabilizing and it's much better than the one I had so very happy there. Highly recommended
