Previously a favorite eating spot for some in our party who were disappointed that the Polish dishes they loved were no longer available, though still shown on the website. The restaurant was recently sold by the former Polish owner, but we were able to enjoy the Kielbasa still on the menu. My Pilot's Pork Chop with orange-fig bourbon glaze was very good with great presentation, however, the dessert presentation was very poorly done. Hangar One Bistro is fantastic! We just had the best meal. The charcuterie and bread board was wonderful. I was there with a party of 6 and we all had something different and shared. There isn’t a bad option. Thursdays they have a BOGO on dessert which we made room for. The atmosphere was perfect, it wasn’t loud or intrusive, and the view was gorgeous. Service was exceptional. Great meal. Party of six and everyone loved it. Charcuterie for starters. I had salmon and other meals included pork chop, steak, NY strip, ribeye, hamburger. Everything was amazing and top notch service by Pawel. Highly recommend!!
