I would definitely not recommend this company. I called them to fix a leak at a rental house of mine. The guy showed up, found a small pvc leak and then left. On his way down the ladder, his foot apparently slipped and he knocked a hole in the wall. Needless to say, they didn't fix the leak... said he had to put together an estimate first! I never recieved the estimate. Basically this guy went out there and did nothing but kick a hole in the wall! The experience is not very nice. The owner of Handyman Matters in Kingwood is very rude with the customers and also not very profesional. she set two jobs at the same time ... The lady is so rude that told me that she will not do the job because she was doing a favor to the company that hiored her. I found out that the company that hired her , a furniture store, to come to my house agreed to pay $150 . I will NOT recomend anybody to use this company.

i hired this people and the guy that came to "fix" my toilet smelled like beer and didnt know what the heck he was doing. a three hour job he was charging me triple. i did pay. 3 hours later my toilet started licking water on the floor again and i requested someone to come and refix it and they never showed up. this company is a joke, a rip off, a waste of time and money to you, but a money making way for the owners to become rich out of our expenses. ---->do not<--- please, do not hire this people, as nice as they look thei... read more
