I called the owner to book an appointment for few repair job in my house and he told me on the phone that he can accommodate me on the same day at 4 pm. I thought he will be coming himself but he outsource the job to another contractor. At 4:00 pm he message me and said his contractor is fixing his car and will be at my place at 5:00 pm. At 5:10 pm he message me and said his contractor stuck in traffic and will be there at 5:40 pm.
