I contacted them on recommendation of a coworker for 2 plumbing issues that I had. The man they sent out had been working for them for 2 weeks and obviously needed additional training. He didn't seem to know what he was doing as both a plumber and an employee of the organization. One of the jobs, a leak in the bathroom, he said they wouldn't even touch without hardly looking at the issue. The other job for the kitchen, he seemed to have trouble figuring out what parts were needed, had trouble filling out the company's estima... read more
