Dr. Rachael is a life saver, after my very first visit I left feeling like finally there might be an end to my pain after years of dealing with hip, lower back and neck problems from a car accident. I would HIGHLY recommend Hands on Health to anyone of all ages. I starting seeing Dr. Allison during my pregnancy and I felt absolutely wonderful. Both my pregnancy and delivery were a breeze and I attribute this to her. Once my daughter was born I started bringing her in, also. I had my very first chiropractic appointment yesterday with Dr. Alison. I'm 29 weeks pregnant and Dr. Alison helped realign my pelvis, back, and neck. She was extremely gentle and very knowledgable, explaining each adjustment in detail before performing it. I walked away feeling absolutely terrific and no longer have that "pregnancy waddle". I highly recommend visiting this practice! I only wish I had started going sooner! Thanks Alison!!!
Dr. Alison has treated my entire family for various conditions. Just recently, she has been able to help us with allergy congestion, ear pain due to trapped fluid (which would have become an ear infection needing antibiotics), sinus congestion for me, along with our basic overall health needs.
