I’ve been adjusted when I’ve been pregnant and not, and I always felt better after an adjustment. They both will take the time to listen and make sure to help the best they can. Highly recommend!

Dr. Alison is an amazing chiropractor and I recommend her hands down to go to if you are needing a regular tune up or needing pain relief as soon as possible. She is knowledgable, pays attention, asks questions and listens! Also you are not being rushed in and out, you get the full treatment! They are flexible on scheduling and do not keep you waiting once you get there. Chiropractic is and has been apart of my life for years and I cannot imagine going anywhere else!

HOH is the only place I go to for my chiropractic adjustments! I work in healthcare and have had some pretty intense back and neck kinks and injuries. Dr Alison always does a great job of fixing me up and communicating what she is doing. 11/10 recommend Hands on Health!

I started seeing Dr. Alison around a year ago due to Symphis Pubic Disfunction, which was horrible during pregnancy. Without the specialized care I received I couldn't walk, or move around in bed at night without being in pain. Also baby was Breech at my anatomy scan. I was included at 37 weeks and baby was head down. With doing Webster Technique baby successfully flipped around 35 weeks pregnant! If you are thinking about going to the chiropractor either for yourself or your kiddos, I highly recommend Dr. Alison! I started taking my son at around 2.5 months after a tongue and lip tie. We were struggling with BF and Dr. Alison completely changed the game for us. Even after the first session, I could tell a drastic difference. She has changed around our BF journey and she gets lots of credit! Extremely affordable, great contact, convenient location!
