Would not recommend this Dr. or office. Don't know if he's good or not. His office staff is the worst I've even encountered. Absolutely incompetent and rude.

The most inept and rude staff I have ever dealt with. Doctor does not return phone calls regarding important medical concerns.

biaca or diaca is one of the rudest people I have ever spoke with. I called the office two weeks ago & never heard anything back. I work at a PCP dr. in Goodlettsville and had somebody call for me. She said Bianca was rude. She said that she had called me twice and she wasn't going to call me anymore to make a appointment. I am a long time patient of dr. Gillespie so needed to get his records over, she said I would have to come by & fill out a form for me. I cancelled my appt. & never recommen

I highly recommend Dr. Scott Hande. He has been my doctor for overy fives years. He is a very good listener, patient and takes all the time needed to answer your questions and explain anything that you need to understand. He has to be the kindest doctor that I have every met. His office staff is great, very efficient and it's easy to make appointments. The wait time is short and the waiting and exam rooms are very clean.
