Not favorable Dr Hande is great but his office is awful. Like many other reviews, no return calls from staff. Recording states call will be returned in 24-72 hours. It’s been a week now…still waiting.Dr Hande lost 3 stars for not dealing with all of these complaints about office staff.
Dr. Hande is a very good Dr., the staff is terrible, will not answer the phone or return calls. Had to cancel my colonoscopy because the staff did not let me know if they received permission for me to stop blood thinners prior to my schedule procedure, even tried to contact them a few days prior to check and left the cardiologist office fax #. Still know contact, I am going some where else now
Dr. Hande has been my doctor for over 10 years. He is always such a kind and knowledgeable doctor. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends.
Dr. Hande is a great doctor, but there's no way to call and actually speak to a person in order to make or change an appt. I've called and left several messages, yet nothing. I hate to see things like this happen to a good doctor.
I agree with the reviews that state the office staff is the worst. we needed to change a date for a colonoscopy and the office staff never returned calls. When we finally got through to a person they were rude. There are plenty of other places that will actually care for you. don't waste your time with this unprofessional office.
Dr. Handle was the only Dr. out of 3 other who stuck with me from May to June, 2020 and literally saved my life. God bless him and the team at Hend. Hospital who saved my life!
Yes I would recommend Dr. Hande to anyone whoneeds his service! He has made so much difference in my lifestyle and how I am able to do so much more!! He gave me medication and it is so nice not to worry about my intestinal problems anymore!!!
The absolute worst office staff I've ever encountered. I'm done here and will be looking elsewhere for a new Doctor.
He scheduled a procedure. He didn't have the latest part of my records. I got them and took them to his office. I called to see if I needed the procedure since the last one was only two years. People said they would call back and let me know. This went on for four calls. I cancelled the procedure and my husband's appt. We went back to our previous doctor.
