This review is for Dr Hande and his nurse only: I love Dr Hande. He takes time to explain everything with me, and he always answers all my questions. Very professional!! When my son (25) goes with me, he takes time to answer his questions. My son doesn't always trust me to tell him everything, plus I forget a lot of what I wanted to ask.

I must echo the reviews of others. When I have appointments with Dr. Hande, he is quite good. HOWEVER, if you have a problem (no matter how serious) don't expect any help or a return call. Office staff can be rude and unattentive. After 4 years of dealing with this, I am switching GI doctors. If you have a medical issue you are not going to get help from this office.

I have been a patient for several years. I like Dr. Hande well enough. He does the job. But his office staff is rude and uncaring. The phones are either always busy or if you CAN leave a message, no one calls you back; even when it feels like an emergency. Good luck getting a person. How do you not return a call to a patient who says they are in severe pain? For days? I am on the search for a new Dr. because of the office management issues and not being able to get an appointment.

Terribleness Office. On two occasions the office staff misdocumented the information I left for the doctor and then blamed me. They lies saying they sent an order for the test when they didn’t. Dr Hande will not answer a call or respond to messages for Dayan even when it’s an emergency. Rude incompetent, failure to document accurately or timely failure to take responsibility for actions, only cared for patient s in his office at that time, even in crisis, and makes sure you know it. Neglectful

Waited over an hour and left without being called back. Should be more respectful of people's time. I would find another doctor. Very arrogant to keep people waiting.

I arrived at 10:35 for an 11:oo appt. I filled out paperwork but by 12:00 I was still not seen so I left. I filed an official complaint with my insurance provider. My time is just as valuable as the doctors and an hour past my appointment time was more than fair to wait. I also see patients but I respect their appointment times- hence why they make the appointment in the first place as their time is just as valuable as mine. Very appalled by the lack of professionalism!

Dr. Hande is very good and helpful. He fully explains terms and conditions and listens/thinks of his patients very well. The office he is in is a different story. Wait times are horrible, both in the waiting room and the exam room. They underestimated my total care costs by half, and were unsympathetic about my surprise extra costs. Probably would not recommend.

Less than a star for office staff. I saw Dr. Hande and he was average. If you want rude service this is the place to go. I spoke to 3 differant office girls not gonna mention names however a previous post explained her to a tee.... but they need a attitude adjustment and not work in the public .....Dont go to this place you will be disappointed in his staff. I was very sceptic on going here because of the reviews....and needless to say reviews don't lie.....

My wife saw him first, then referred a family friend then myself. All 3 of us had very good experiences. He has a great bedside manner and really cares. Highly recommend Dr Hande!
