I really hope after booking with hand and stone in Winter Park that my experience would’ve been better. I thought that my massage therapist was a bit much. She didn’t even have me fill out the paperwork before she started the massage. If she had she would’ve known that I have a fibromyalgia type disease. It was a long almost 2 hours and I was not happy. The atmosphere is nice. But my massage therapist Andrea was not the best. She did a good job on my back but I never had a Massage where my feet where not done. I had to speak with the manager Nick about the situation and he said it was by request only."WOW", I was really shocked but he said that if I booked again he would do a couple of complimentary upgrades for me, so I booked again but I don't want the same massage therapist.
Super disappointed! I went for the first time last night to Hand & Stone and I will not be back. I paid for a hour massage and only received 40 mins!! I told the guy he was to ruff several times and today I feel like I have been beat up! I could barely get out of bed. So I gave money away for 20 mins and paid to get beat up. So disappointing after hearing great things about Hand & Stone.
I loved the facial but do not like the auto bank withdrawal every month. So will not join.
This place is TERRIBLE! I gave this place two chances for a facial. It's a convient location near my office and is one of the only dermalogica locations in Milwaukee. That being said these are not dermalogica trained professionals, this is a franchise gone wrong. I literally told my estethician when asked about my skin that I ONLY is dermalogica product due to sensitivity.
