I just wanted to hand out a massive kudo towards Latoya. I went to have a facial done yesterday and this was my second time having her as my professional. She was very knowledgeable and explained the mapping of my skin. She created a facial specifically to my skin, while still adhering to my concerns and ensuring my understanding and consent. The massage therapists are amazing but the customer service ain’t worth the stress and have canceled my package and girlfriends package after being a member for more then a year. I just couldn’t take it anymore...

I have become very frustrated with the lack of customer service!! I have called several times regarding my wanting to cancel my membership. Each time I was told a Manager would call me back to handle it... Still, here it has been 3 weeks and I have not gotten a single call back. I DO NOT want the Membership and expect not to be charged. Quite frankly at this point I might never return. I say steer clear of this place and find a Massage and Spa that values you as a Customer.

Jody is the best! Just wish her only day that she works wasn’t Tuesday’s. But, I try to make it work for me all the same.
I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in the door. Deanna was a great listener when I requested light pressure on a very relaxing full body massage. Will definitely be back!
Excellent hot stone massage
I LOVE this place!! If you haven’t been here, request Sarhena!! She is an AMAZING massage therapist! She listens and gives you exactly what you ask for. She also incorporates some stretching into the massage.. pure heaven!! Hand and Stone comes highly recommended by me. 👍
