RecommendedI have had multiple massages from D’Amore and her hands work wonders!!! She is very professional in her approach from your first meeting. She can determine your needs and is more then capable of working out problems in your body you didn’t even know connected to where you were hurting. Her hands should be insured! I sent my daughter to her post several half marathon races she has run and also says “She is amazing!”
I had a wonderful experience at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa. The front desk was very friendly and professional. My massage was conducted by Serena and she was incredible and that isn't the perfect word to describe how talented she is. I would highly recommend her and will definitely return.
I've had two massages here. One from Carmine and one from Sue. Both we're great! The reason I'm giving it four stars is because of one of the front desk personnel. The first time I came in, she greeted me in a way that was not great (maybe too casual is how I would describe it) and minutes later I heard her talking poorly about a staff member who had recently left. This place is TERRIBLE! I gave this place two chances for a facial. It's a convient location near my office and is one of the only dermalogica locations in Milwaukee. That being said these are not dermalogica trained professionals, this is a franchise gone wrong. I literally told my estethician when asked about my skin that I ONLY is dermalogica product due to sensitivity. Disappointed! Purchased an $80 50 min massage for hubby's birthday. He had 6pm appt tonight. Came home said it wasnt what he expected. Said it was more like a rub down when he expected more of a kneading deeper muscular massage... :/
