This location could use much improvement on customer service and operating in an upright fashion with their customers. I entered an agreement with them months ago and despite the manager being very unprofessional I continued my agreement with them at the insistence of another employee who attempted to right the wrong. RecommendedAwesome place to get a massage- very professional staff
If you are getting the deep tissue massage we highly recommend not using Omar, Tamara and Julia went in for a spring break treat and Tamara came out with one sore back. While she said firm, she did not mean an elbow hard over her spine and he did not ask once how the pressure was nor did he massage any extremities. Julia did have a great massage from a different masseuse.

I have been a member for years, but planning to cancel after my experience today. I called for appointment and could barely hear the guy, it was like he was whispering . I told him I was a member and wanted to book appt. He then asked if I were using a gift card ?!? I wasn't but WHAT DIFFERENCE SHOULD THAT MAKE ?!? I hate to think that those who I have bought cards for are having issues using them !
RecommendedFirst, when I walked in very welcoming. The manager is amazingly kind. I had a wonderful relaxing massage. My therapist was so nice and made me feel comfortable. I look forward to coming back.
I have become very frustrated with the lack of customer service!! I have called several times regarding my wanting to cancel my membership. Each time I was told a Manager would call me back to handle it... Still, here it has been 3 weeks and I have not gotten a single call back. I DO NOT want the Membership and expect not to be charged. Quite frankly at this point I might never return. I say steer clear of this place and find a Massage and Spa that values you as a Customer.

Had a horrible massage last month, Rhonda who has always been awesome at the front desk tried to right the wrong and gave me 30 minutes extra on my next appointment. When I scheduled (with someone new at the front) I asked for a male therapist I’d had before and I was shocked when I came in and it was a girl. Very nice but very inexperienced. I left after an 80 minute massage feeling like I spent 80 minutes having oil lightly applied to me like I was a fragile elderly person. she never put pressure or got into any muscle. I ... read more
