Absolutely awful experience this morning. Therapist was five minutes late because receptionist forgot to tell her where she put me in a relaxation room. Then massage therapist asked me a couple questions told me to get on the table and that she was going to wash her hands and be back at 12:15. I got up and got off the table as my appointment was at 12 when I was dressed the massage therapist came back in smelling like smoke and was surprised. My massage with Shanita was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend her, especially if you are sore from exercise. She truly listens and provides relevant feedback. You will thank yourself for booking with her!
