Rude owner to be exact. Karma is a B. Four therapists gone in one day, including the lead, one of which was a new hire. She didn't even show up for her first shift. The Moses of Massage therapy must have showed up and lead the therapists out of Egypt and showed them the promised land. Dispute that and call that a lie!!! My spies are everywhere!!!

We highly recommend the couples massage. Kristen (receptionist) was very friendly and informative. We also had the pleasure of meeting Maggie (Manager) she was professional and made us feel very comfortable. I had Kody for my Massage and my husband had Danny. We would highly recommend both. They did an amazing job! It was such a great way to start our vacation in Chicago. Thank you all so much!!💕

I would highly recommend you get a massage from Chris, he has a great, firm touch and warm, caring personality.I needed some deep tissue work done on my neck, shoulders and arms and he delivered ! I felt so much better after massage. Also the place is clean and beautiful, especially waiting area with a water fountain on the wall and big amethyst stone by reception area.
Amazing massage by Chris! He tackled all my knots and I feel like a new person. Highly recommend. The spa is like a retreat in the city.
