This company started off great but over time I’ve felt with a lot . My first day with a client there were issues. I’ve been sent to clients home that I was very uncomfortable and yet the staff tried to send me there again. The staff is very rude and disrespectful on the phone. Worse job I ever had. The staff there are rude and nasty..who wants to deal with all that mess for $12.50 a hour?? Got mad cuz I had to take off for 2 days due to sick kids. They would rather u work yourself to death than take care of your priorities
Just saw on news a caregiver stole from a patient and a company kept letting him for them. Financial Abuse
No shows, no calls. Need to leave in the middle of a shift without finding a replacement. Waiting for caregivers everyday, they are arriving late or not at all. Office don’t fill you in when schedule changes. A bunch of different people sent to come in and out of your home. Leave the home so they can go to their car and smoke weed. 2 aides on different days started out on cell phones and similarly ended shifts on house computer with their backs to patient. No engagement with patient was seen on kitchen and bathroom trips such as offering water. Cancelling troubling living room shift hours is difficult. Client was advised the cell phone ap functions in front of buildings without client's knowledge. Disturbing is that visitors have the building entrance code.
