We can't say enough good things about Kaylyn Ruffing and her staff. Our 3yr old was sick and they got him right in. They are always so good with him and make sure he feels comfortable. They LISTEN to parents concerns and spend the time with you to make sure you leave with your questions answered. Our little guy unfortunately had to miss trick or treat because he was contagious, so Kaylyn personally made him a Goodie Bag full of candy and glow sticks and other fun Halloween treasures. Kalyn ruffing has made a difference in my sons life along all of ours l, she is an amazing doctor
Had a great experience up till we saw Nurse practitioner Haley Guggenheim, my son age 2 that's level 2 autism reached out for her to hold him and she kept yelling don't touch me! Then gets upset with him cause he pulls away when she try to exam him. poor kid was confused cause all she kept saying is don't touch me... I do not Recommend Haley Guggenheim
