The front office is completely inept and cannot follow any requests to schedule appointments. I can only imagine the lack of service would be the same. Go elsewhere if you want something done.
Great nurses and facility.
My surgey on October 2019 and I have great experience with Dr and nurse who care of me but my old insurance mess up my bills and I don’t know how to fix it
Dr. Defalco did an acl replacement with lcl and meniscus repair on me after a trampoline accident. 2 years later I tried to let him know I was still having issues. Swelling. Alot of locking in the knee. Among other issues like not being able to get full extension. I completed all of my PT but felt that the injury was just so intense I must have needed a 2nd surgery to help gain more movement. I just had my first colonoscopy today done by Dr. Hall. It was a wonderful experience as wonderful as it could be, everyone was really friendly and made me feel so at ease. Special shout out to my nurse Janelle, she was fantastic!!! I would highly recommend them.
