The doctors are fantastic. Unfortunately, the staff leaves much to be desired. Phones are never answered so you always have to leave a voicemail and wait close to 24 hours before you get a call back. I've never been to an office that provides this level of service and is run this way. Very disappointing. I suggest Hancock Physician Network send someone in to observe the dysfunction and fix it before you drive more patients to Community.

If you can go somewhere else do it. Tried this office again after a bad experience the last time. Referrals seems to get lost, you have to call to make sure you’re being referred and incorrect body parts are listed. For your own safety, go somewhere else.

I took my GF here on 7/21/25. The PA did a decent enough job. They were going to order an ultrasound STAT. He told us to not leave town that central scheduling would be contacting us. After killing 2 hrs in the heat nobody had contacted us. We called the doctors office and couldn't get a human to answer the phone. We decided to just go back to office. Dr Adam's is a great surgeon. He knew exactly what was wrong with my ankle within minutes of my entering his office. I had several doctors tell me nothing was wrong and in minutes he told me what was wrong and how to fix it. I am now a little over two months post op and doing great. This os the best my ankle has felt in a year. The whole staff has been great. Thank you.
