This building is now Condo's and pretty amazing. Completely quite when doors and windows closed, amazing pool and bbq area, guest parking and the only "loft" type building that is close to the real thing in West Hollywood. Location Location Location.
This building has too much hate lol. The location is the best in weho and the price is real hard to beat. Whatever issues I’ve had in my unit was always fixed in a timely matter. The pool area is tranquil. In the middle of everything yet that pool area is quiet honey! Though, we could change the Nickelodeon colors but the grill is great. Many pool parties in the summer. Living at the Loft's has been the best rental experience I have ever had in LA. The property management firm is so on top of taking care of everything, you don't even notice what they are doing in the background. I feel so taken care of. The building recently underwent construction and the renovations to the common areas and the rooftop pool are so well done.
