Came in to be seen for a broken toe they charged me 100 dollar copay took me back told me there's nothing they can do they didn't have time to do an extray and asked told me to go somewhere else called to try and get my copay back since they didn't do anything and I mean anything no suggestions nothing and was told if I go to the ER then they could refund me other than that that is there money now just read all of the negative reviews before you go to this horrible lazy staffed place
Nurse practitioner is a joke. Bobby is her name. I was there an hour for her to tell me to eat hard candy and take sailine spray. I could've saved my money and just went to walmart. Who tells someone to eat hard candy to get better. This place is a joke!
I was in and out within 30 minutes with everything I needed! No waiting at all and everyone was so nice and personable. Thank you so much!!
Great experience! Everyone from the ladies at the front desk to the Dr were super friendly and professional. I was seen very promptly, and the whole appt was efficient and timely, but I didn't feel like I was being rushed through. Dr Deemer seems to genuinely care for her pts well being, as do the rest of the staff. Would highly recommend!
I went in for a routine set of sutures on a 3-inch laceration, Shawnta was extremely helpful and made treatment such an enjoyable experience that I will definitely be coming back (and asking for her if possible) the next time I need stitches.
