Didn't listen to what I said at all. I came in for itchy pimples on my chest and back and a rash on the side of my neck and they told me to do stuff that isn't going to help me at all. Then I looked at my report in the portal and it says I reported a rash due to soap on my upper body when I didn't even say that. Whole visit felt like a gigantic waste of time.
Worst experience.. I went in with a hurt foot ( its broken ) the Nurse practitioner didnt care about my foot .. Nope she was interested in getting my flu shot and every test under sun . She looked at my foot for 30 seconds said oh could be broke .then sent to the waiting area to wrap my own foot .. Then to get xrays across town .. then she wrote a script and had the medical supply store fit my broken with a boot .. .FYI the boot was the wrong size ..almost furthered my injury . My boyfriend and I went up there yesterday and it took about an hour to get in which wasn’t the issue we get that it can be busy at times or short staffed but we go in there and the lady comes in says he does have fluid behind his ears but than proceeds to say he just needs to push fluids. We go into another clinic and he has double ear infections
I walk in for immediate care to stand there one lady addressed me said the person on phone would help me. Well she got off the phone not to acknowledge that I been standing there 10 mins. I mean everyone needs a job but if your too old to do your job RETIRE. This place was empty so its not like they were extremely business. I won't cone here again
