Doctor capen is almost always three hours behind schedule. Absolutely ridiculous. Something needs to be done about this. Seriously thinking about changing doctors. Even when you are the first appointment of the day, he is still about an hour late. I have complained more than once and it is as if nobody cares one way or the other. He is nice and very thorough, but being consistently behind is not acceptable!

In my opinion, this network has a LOT of internal problems!!! Why does a network care for a person for 20 years, and all of a sudden, send you away?? The only answer is that they think you are a liability to them, or you do not have anything of value for them to take. It seems strange that Dr J, Dr H, and Dr S all left the network, whom which was all of of my former providers. All of these doctors are exceptional!!
