Hancock (Deceased), Undertaker on Cayuga Street in the Nicetown / Germantown section of Philadelphia, our funeral home moved to its current location on Roosevelt Boulevard in the early 1960's. Mrs Hancock and Staff did a wonderful job helping my family with the cremation services for my sister. They did a great job with communication with my family. Beautiful presentation of my sister Ashes. No question was to much. Staff is patience and Kind. Our family situation was difficult and they worked with every need. I would highly recommend this funeral home for any services you may need.
Once again, Hancock has been amazing. They are the most compassionate and understanding people. This time, i lost my mom. Carol is like a sunshine every time she walks into a room and it just makes me feel at ease. Thank you.. to everyone at Hancock.. for being amazing at what you do. Especially at a time like this. The Hancocks were very helpful, compassionate, and caring when our Mom passed away in December. Everything was taken care of in a professional manner; we didn’t need to worry about anything.
