Seemed unprofessional was kicked out of the office before I could confirm the sealing of my test nurses seemed to be unprofessional would not recommend this place for dot related tests

So I called before hand twice and confirmed the doctor could do my refills for peripheral neuropathy. They said absolutely. I get there and once he finds out I am actually very sick, he refused me as a patient. Many doctors like this just want the five minute appointment and to charge you for an hour, do your refill and be done. When they find out there's actually work involved suddenly they don't want it. What an incompetent doctor!

He does not have an office. He works at a clinic and as medical director at Shannondale.

I have found Dr. Hancock to be exceptional in providing excellent care. He spent time listening and addressing my concerns. Would highly recommend.

As the Medical Director at WellPark, he makes arbitrary decisions that are not in the best interest of the patients.

Dr. Hancock is an excellent physician. He is very caring, taking time to ask questions & thoroughly discuss a problem without ever seeming rushed. Only negative thing I would say about my experiences with him is that his office receptionist is rude and very unfriendly. In the times I have had to phone the East Knoxville office she is abrupt, wants to get you off the phone fast and hangs up before the conversation is completed. 5 stars for Dr. Hancock, 0 stars for front desk staff.
