I have given Hancock and Dana $800. Still, I can not get my deceased mothers 2017 tax refund check. After the original filing ($450), the IRS requested more information. I would have expected a courtesy follow up, but I was charged another $350. That was for 4 documents that were most likely on file. As well, my bank wouldn't cash my mother's Iowa state refund check.
