RecommendedDuring this heatwave, the a/c in our rental went out, and it was 103 outside! Our management company said that Hancock was assigned to the job. I called to find out what day it would be fixed, and Nancy said fri (it was wed 🌡🔥) I think she heard the desperation in my voice and said she could squeeze us in the next day. Our tech Cody was here the 1st 20 minutes of our 3 hour window, and fixed it in less than 40 min!! Customer service was above and beyond by both Nancy & Cody. Extremely professional, and great customer service! I had a new condensing unit installed for my clients, and they were able to diagnose the problem, explain different scenarios, and give extremely reasonable estimates. When the work was completed, they explained everything: how it works, the warranties it came with, etc.

I have used their services twice and I am impressed of the skill and knowledge of their staff. Gives me peace of mind knowing we have someone in town we can rely on.

This A/C contractor is solid gold. Their service people are top notch. You can utterly trust them to do only what is necessary and to do it well. I cannot say enough good things about Hancock! (No, the Hancocks are not related to me nor would I recognize them if I walked by them on the street. This is completely unsolicitated.)
