Finally returned yesterday after over a year since my last appointment due to the Pandemic. Had cleaning and x-rays. As always, staff is very efficient, friendly, and polite, which helps to make something like a dental appointment an enjoyable experience.

Having discovered a hitherto unknown technology problem that corrupted the electronic file of a scan of my teeth, Dr. Peri brought me back for a second scan after making sure that the technology problem had been corrected. She and Jennifer, her assistant, apologized for the problem (which was certainly not their fault) and then proceeded to do an expeditious yet careful second scan, checking to be sure that it was securely saved and received by the lab.
