It was a great experience as always!
As usual my experience there was excellent.
Granted we have been patients here for a fairly long time. That speaks well of Drs. and staff. No complaints whatsoever. Our confidence and trust are earned at each visit.
The services here are excellent! The staff is friendly and takes time to answer your questions. I am encouraged to take care of my teeth, yet I do not feel in any way rebuked for any faulty care on my part. I leave with a bag of supplies to motivate me and remind me of the way Dr. H's office goes "the extra mile" to serve the community.
Due to unforseen circumstances I had to cancel two cleaning appointments - I'm on the more than two a year plan. Pam was understanding and kind as she took care of my dental cleaning - I can't imagine another dental office.
Everything went well. Enjoyed the visit.

Excellent service as usual. I value the advice of DR. Hanawalt completely. And all the staff are a pleasure to work with.
Our family has been going to Dr. Hanawalt for over 25+ years. Both our daughters come back to La Verne for their dental care. My 90 year old mother-in-law moved into our area about 10 years ago, and she loves the treatment she receives at the office.
