Out of state buyer treated as home town Found this 335d advertised on auto trader after weeks of missed deals. This was the one I wanted it had all the options and was the exact color combo. Only hitch it was 5.5 hours and a state away. So I called on a Thursday evening and spoke with Tommy briefly about the car and found out it had another serious injury too. Rude Parts Department Since the day I bought my WRX I always have a problem about this dealership parts department. First, they don't even acknowledge you when you get in, second when you call they are always upset talking to you. The last time that I was there Subaru sent me a gift coupon and trying to buy an item this jerk David Hawk told me that they cannot accept the coupon... THEN MENTIONED EVEN YOU WON"T COME BACK TO THIS DEALERSHIP! I cannot do anything about it.
Worst dealership ever! If only I can remove my previous review with this dealership! I brought my 2018 WRX to them for sale appraisal. This guy Charles Smith is a total jerk, he did a very low ball appraisal and cannot even tell it to my face. He should not work in this dealership, he don't deserve to be called Subaru family. A lot of people gave him a bad review!
Happy in my new Subaru This was my first time buying a new car and everyone at the dealership was super friendly and helpful, especially Eric Butler. We walked in late at night and walked out the next day with a crosstrek, the perfect car for me! Couldn’t be any happier. I know this car will be with me for a long, long time.

Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, proficient. Once again I had the joy of buying another vehicle from Sean. I knew what I wanted, had called ahead and Sean was prepared.
