Where should I start. The WORST!!!!!! Communication, Performance, Follow through ALL SUCK!!! David Lee was supposed to remove ALL hardware. The EXPRESSED treatment plan WAS NOT what was performed and I had to find out in RECOVERY AFTER the IV, and procedure. The office DID NOT submit prescriptions to pharmacy as they expressed they would so when all the meds that was used in the hospital wore off, I was in excruciating pain. My mother previously had a left knee replacement and surgery for a femur fracture at another hospital. Even after the procedures, she couldn’t walk properly and suffered from constant pain because she just wasn't recovering or rehabilitating well. they are so unprofessional they don’t answer they calls and they messed up my whole process of trying to get surgery.first putting the wrong mri order in and wasting time and effort and a charge of 15 dollars for a doctors note . why do i have to pay to get cleared for my job .greedy. They push my appointments back knowing i’m on a limit of time with my situation and they don’t have no consideration .
