Glad this is a short term lease. DO NOT take the apartments near the pool - even though the pool "closes" at 9pm, people can still get in and it's loud after 10pm. There is nobody to call with security or noise complaints, and the after hours emergency maintenance goes to a machine instead of an answering service for immediate resolution. Management does not seem to care about the residents at all here.
Love it! Maintenance is prompt and courteous, and staff is friendly and accommodating.
Not happy right now, no response to a morning email for maintenance repair to the AC, wife who is 6 months pregnant had to be home all day in a house that was 77-80 degrees and to top it all off it was her birthday today. Not cool hamptons not cool!
