from what I've read from other tenants this property is in dire need for an upgrade including kitchen appliances door knobs and fixtures cabinets closet doors being in this type of condition my guess would be much lower and very less costly on those unit rental and leases payments
Both my boyfriend's and my car got broken into last night (we live in East Hampton) and when I called the front desk they refused to warn the other tenants here. It definitely freaks me out that they won't warn people of crime happening here even when we request that they do. Anyways, if you live here, make sure to lock your car!
Hamptons is an excellent place to live. The office staff and maintenance are friendly and helpful, and the amenities are all you need.
I absolutely love living in The Hamptons! There are so many things included in your living here; pool, tennis, amazing community to walk around, a 24/7 gym. The staff is also incredible - both office staff & maintenance. They're always there to help and answer questions. Love love LOVE it!
beautiful grounds. A bit pricey, but it definitely feels like home.
Make you pay for "reserved" spots. I live in a building with about 14 spots out front and half now have signs that say reserved or you will be towed. Absolute crap. Oh and maintenance sucks. Dont live here, wont be resigning my lease.
I love my apartment here at the Hamptons. I like my deck and the layout as well as the fireplace. I really like that maintenance issues can be reported online so I never have to call in! I just wish there weren't such high "convenience fees" for paying my rent online.
