I moved in in February 2020, did a 3 month rental option. Upon moving I found a sticker on the counter that said my duplex had been sprayed for bugs. The duplex was dirty. Underneath the sink had a potato chip bag and was filthy. There was a live spider in the corner in the dining area. The duplex had been available long enough to have been cleaned up. Then they sent an exterminator out who showed up unannounced and began to enter the duplex after I did not get to the door in time. I lived alone and this was terrifying to me... read more
Hard to recommend a place that charges $12/month for garbage disposal fees/valet trash when it's not valet trash and so far in 2019 the compactor has broken at least 4 times and trash gets piled up on the walk way. Not only is it disappointing, but super unsanitary. I can honestly say this has been the biggest let down for a place we pay $1000 in rent/month in Youngsville. I lived at Hampton Village for about three years and have nothing but wonderful things to say! From when we first moved in, until it was time time for us to move out, the staff was unbelievably helpful. We never had any issues with our neighbors, interior of the apartment or exterior. Parking was never a problem. The location for us was so perfect, less than 1 mile away there is a shopping center with just about everything! Great access to US 1 and highway 96.
