I've been using Hampton Roads RV for several years. You can trust them. They are honest and professionals. I recently had my unit serviced on 8-14-26. Had body work and axel maintenance. Excellent body work. Like new. I give them A++
I was rear ended on a 5600 mile trip, coast-to-coast. Luckily, I had video of the perpetrator and a license plate so we were able to do a claim with my insurance being in Hampton Roads Virginia I didn’t know who I could bring it to and the insurance company had no suggestions. We have taken our RV here for repairs several times. They are so convenient and knowledgable and exceedingly kind. We are RV novices and they never hesitate to teach and show us all the tips and tricks to take care of our vehicle. We wanted to do some modifications, and they worked with us on the best way to change our RV sleeping arrangements to better suit our family. We purchased a new to us motor coach recently and on our way home while parked in a Cracker Barrel we were hit by another motor coach. Initial adjustor said $428. Billy, the inspector at Hampton Roads, estimate of damages was much higher. John negotiated with their insurance company and they came to an agreement. The paint work that Ash did looks amazing!
