We purchased a new to us motor coach recently and on our way home while parked in a Cracker Barrel we were hit by another motor coach. Initial adjustor said $428. Billy, the inspector at Hampton Roads, estimate of damages was much higher. John negotiated with their insurance company and they came to an agreement. The paint work that Ash did looks amazing! The team at Hampton Roads RV were polite, knowledgeable, efficient and super helpful. I had an inspection, plumbing repair, and onboard generator diagnostic. They had me in and out in 1 day at an extremely competitive price. I couldn't provide a more highly rated recommendation! They are you're go to team for RV service.
Just picked up my 5th after having the front cap clear coat repaired. They did a great job at a great price! Check with them before going anywhere else. I will be using them for any future RV repairs.
This is the second time we have used this shop and both have been excellent experiences. John and his crew correctly diagnosed the source of a leak in our 2005 Sprinter RV and worked with a local glass shop to make the repairs. Our roof was also coated with "bed liner" to replace old paint and prevent rust issues. We were always informed about the progress of the job and very pleased with the results. We highly recommend using this shop for all your RV repair needs.
