We had a major incident and needed extensive repairs done. John, Billy and their entire staff did an excellent job bringing our Brinkley 5th wheel back to its original status. Their professionalism, work ethics and general friendliness was more than we could have ever asked for. We would highly recommend them for any work needed on your trailers and we would certainly use them for any future work we needed to have done.
If you want honest, competent and fair priced work done on your RV then you have to go here. We developed a dreaded slide out issue and Billy and John sorted it out in just one day. They explained everything they did very clearly. I feel very good about my coach knowing they fixed it up.
We had our Class A RV repainted, new roof, awnings replaced and other exterior accessories upgraded. They were very helpful on items they noticed that should be taken care. The work was very professional and kept me informed at every stage of the work performed for my satisfaction as if it was their own vehicle. I highly recommend them to do any work on your RV.
Billy from Hampton Roads Rv came to my house today. He knew immediately what the problem is, and what needed to be done. They came to me because I was afraid to tow it with the current problem. VERY KIND AND NICE OF HIM!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND, I would use them with confidence that any problem will get fixed, and fixed right. That's important to me.
I brought my pet grooming trailer to them for repair after an incident and I could not have asked for better service from all the guys here. They really went above and beyond for me, thank you guys so much!!
