RIGHT IDEA - WRONG PEOPLE? – I HAD TO CALL THE MAIN NUMBER AND ASK FOR THE MANAGER TO GET AN INTELLIGENT HUMAN. I COMPLAINED ABOUT THE TWO "ACCOUNT REPS" ATTITUDES AND LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM. SHE LISTENED ASKED ABOUT MY ISSUE, CONFIRMED SHE HAD IT RIGHT AND PROPOSED A SOLUTION. SHE REFERED TO ME BY MRS., APPOLOGIZED THAT I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE. GREAT RESOURSE TO FIX THE PAST – I just got off the phone the lady manager. And what i had been dreading didn't come true. I lost my joband havnt kept up the car paments. i sent in what i could when i could and everytime i did i got calls saying it was never enough. because it wasnot a whole payment. i stopped answering cause i still aint got the monies. well after tonight i am glad i talk to the manger. she called my gramma to get me on the phone, which made me mad but i see now she couldnt help cause i wasnt calling back. ... read more

SERVICE AND OPTIONS ++/ Interest Rates --- – Getting the loan easy. Making the payments on time not so much. What system overload, payment by the due date or it is considered late. What is th grace period for? LIKE IT OR NOT- they are right. They didn't FIX MY CREDIT, I DID. (They just made me participate) I had credit cards, student loans, medical bills plus colections and judgments. I paid (most of the time) but on MY schedule not neccessarily the companys. These people are very non-professional – These people are the most unprofessional and non courteous people I've ever come across in my entire life. They lie just to prove a point, and hate to be proven wrong. They will hold an constant vendetta against you if you do so. They speak to you as if you are a child and obviously have not come across the right person. If they continue in the manner in which they're heading, they will have some serious lawsuits on their hands. That's a promise.

GREAT HELP!! Don't give up! – I agree completely with "momluvbrian" there are 5 or 6 workers and the manager Ms Cando. If you can get past the "account collectors" that work for her and get right to Ms.Cando you will get respect, courtesy, fairness and most importantly RESULTS. OMG!!!!! The $UCK AT PICKING UP THE PHONE!! – Why dont they ever pick up the phone?? I have been calling got 3 hours trying to pay my car paymant. the last time I called they told me that they didnt take CC payments anymore and that I had to use a check....So I went and seeked high and low for a check...(really who has checks??) so I couldnt find one, so I call back 50 times and no one picks up.......call back and hour later still no one. NO /) @ ^^ CLUE – Ok here it is. I just found out today on the phone that i could of been having a split payment, after paying a year and a half on my car. There has been so many times that would call and ask them if there are any other options for me to lower my payments and all the kept on saying was "NO". I talked to traci who was very kind and easy to talk to. Glad I didn't believe the reviews! – I read the headlines and some of the "reviews" and if i had believed the @#$% in them I would have been scared to answer my phone. The facts are I just finished paying for my car with this company. 4 years! My wife and I have seen people come and go, had good service (and some bad) but one constant was their manager Karen. We struggled in our time on this loan. My wifes illness kept her from working so we lost her car. My truck was critical, HRFC could have taken it like the credit union ... read more
