Joining the class action suit against Hampton Roads Finance Corp. Their business practices are corrupt, their attorney is greedy and does not follow the law and takes advantage of their ability to manipulate the court system. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. NOT MATTER HOW BADLY YOU NEED A CAR. TRY ANOTHER BUSINESS, THER ARE PLENT OUT THERE WILLING TO WORK WITH YOU FOR A VEHICLE.
I have been dealing with Hampton Roads Finance company for the past two (2) years. Those of you who have problems must have been very delinquent with your payment. As long as you talk to them they will work you. (I do not work for the Company). I am a recipient of their kindness. I have been in two garnishment with my salary. Ummmm not sure anymore... – I must say that this company is funny but almost fair.... I had an account manager who was from HELL (William) but I lucked up and got Laurie.. Although she bugs the hell out of me she is fair and honest... not sure if I would suggest this company to anyone who is in need! God Bless them all
LUV THIS COMPANY! – Got my car, got my loan and am working on building my credit. Everyone has been helpful, nice and easy to deal with. They called to "welcome" me, explained programs and helped me set up automatic payments. Great experience! Thank you!
Got my car! – i couldnt get a car becz my credit was bad. my friend told me to go to hall honda becz he had credit issues from a divorce and he got a car. i did and couldnt beleive it. my experience with my finance co have been well. the ppl are nice..
Filing a lawsuit against HRFC... – This company regularly violates the law in their collection practices. They cyber stalk, make threats and they misrepresent themselves. They violated my rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act as well as breaking other laws in their dealings with me. I was harassed, bullied, threatened and so were my friends and family. Hampton Roads Finance Company – First I want to say I thought that this experience was good at first. I had bad credit and voila! here is a finance company that is willing to give that second chance. Of course I jumped on it. I should have never went into it alone but I did because I was happy that I was able to do this by myself. No problems – I have been with this company for almost a year. I have never had any problems with this bank. they were willing to work with me and break down my payments to be drafted every 2 wks on the days that I got paid. I would recomend this company to anyone who has had problems with obtaining credit. I myself had to file chapter 7 and they approved me with no problems and a very low downpayment. great company Ive always spoke to ms campbell she is great!
