Within the first month they had already started improving the place. Everything from new roofs to better lighting around the complex. They had also put brand new carpet down in my apartment which was great. I also loved the brand new appliances they put in my kitchen. They are also expeditious in their renovations and repairs. Overall a great place to live especially if you are military(few miles from Charleston AFB), or a student(about a quarter of a mile from Trident Tech).
I have really enjoyed living at Hampton Oaks. I think the location rocks, the staff are awesome and the maintenance crew is really helpful. I will continue to live here for a while! The grounds are well maintained and clean.
I am a current resident of Hampton Oaks. I really think the location is perfect, its fast to get around to anywhere. The grounds are clean and the staff are friendly and professional. I like living here very much. The rent is super reasonable as well. I recommend this apartment.
I love it here! It's walking distance to my school and all shopping in the area. The apartments are pet friendly so I got to bring my dog with me. I have not had any issues since I moved here in 2012 except for a clogged sink which maintenance came and fixed as soon as I told them about it. I would recommend the place for any students or working person who is looking for convenience and a good price. My neighbors are friendly too. I'm a resident of Hampton Oaks for the last five years and my goodness how things have changed. The property had some hard times over the last few years but now the new owners have bought and fixed everything. The whole staff is new and very helpful. This is not the same place as it used to be. I feel much safer and thought about moving but have decided to stay now. I live at hampton oaks.An Ive seen alot of change for the better.The office staff can be Hard at times to talk do to how busy they are.But Ms cheryl is real nice once you get to talk to her.An they got all the lights working now and I see the officer now i know what he looks like he wears plain clothes.An the maintenance is real nice they fixed my sink the same day.only thing i dont like are the people who dont live here throwing there furniture at my dumpster.I heard the maintenance man tried to stop them but they still do ... read more
I love living at hampton oaks, everything works, the walk in closet is gigantic, and there is plenty of parking.
I like living in this quite community. everything is spacious and the staff is friendly It is perfect
