I have had nothing but problems with this co. The maintenance is awful and they never want to fix anything. Over priced, not well taken care of 1 bedroom. Finally got a functioning dishwasher after 10 months since move in of the old one not working and black mold inside of it. The pool is not heated and leaks and makes your skin itch. Oh, and they allow my new downstairs neighbor to smoke inside, making my apt smell, and they told me they can just come to plug the vent? Fire hazard anyone? I cannot express enough disdain for this company. I lived here for two and a half years with my grown dog. She has been house broken since she was two months old. She was also kenneled anytime I was away from the house. Yet when I moved out, not only did Heidi do a pre-inspection that she said was awesome and insisted that would suffice for the actual inspection, while encouraging us to leave early.
